About John Sample

My responsibilities included supporting our Global Training Center and managing the Global Escalation Support Team. The Global Escalation Team helps the customer and helps the engineers helping the customer. The team and I assessed the field staff with the execution of Technical Performance Assessments, investigations, and critical repairs achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. We augmented FSE training to address issues found during escalations, proficiency assessments and investigations. My team and I participated in product development/improvement teams working with automated instrumentation. We were responsible to execute on CAPA investigations all while maintaining good manufacturing practices. I was responsible for strategic planning and execution of our Global Technical Service Training Center which consolidates staff/customer training facilities, technical support, and the laboratories for both triage and technical support. I have all this knowledge and more ready to bring to a new organization where I can fine tune any area of service. I can also develop a young organization ready for the next step.
