Led the development and spearheaded the execution of a $1.9B budget supporting Pharmacy, IM / IT, Laboratory, Logistics, Facility Management, HIPAA compliance, and Patient Administration Led a 150-member multi-disciplinary team to create a comprehensive roadmap for short-and long-term improvement in areas of safety, quality and access across the worldwide military health system. Guided team to perform a comprehensive review of 50+ hospitals and 300+ clinics. Oversaw the development of recommendations guiding the evolution of the military health system.
