As a senior Data professional with over twenty years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Management / Warehousing and Data Processing, I have engaged in a variety of Enterprise Business Intelligence environments concentrated in Healthcare, Pharma and Telecom/Financial/Web sectors. I have held progressively responsible, hands-on roles in Data Management, architecture and Dev. These roles included providing guidance to stakeholders and business sponsors while effectively and efficiently achieving strategic objectives and managing risk, working with key functional business users at all levels to gather, define, analyze and improve business processes. I have the ability to understand complex business problems and to multitask, managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a cross functional team environment to assure high value business results on a time and cost-effective manner. I believe in evaluating opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommending solutions that enable the organization to achieve its short and long-term goals. My extensive experience has led to expertise in multiple programming languages, tool sets, data modeling, operating systems (AIX, HP, Linux, NT) and database technologies including relational and massively parallel architectures including Oracle RAC, Oracle Exadata, DB2, Greenplum, MySQL, Couchbase, MongoDB and Postgres and evaluation of in-memory DB's (Kinetica DB). I have a clear track record of successfully delivering Data Platforms and Business Intelligence solutions against extremely demanding budgets and schedules.
