About John Schlatter

My background includes Public Accounting, Internal Operational Audits, Financial Oversight, Human Resources Oversight, Managing/ Directing a small team to assist in daily transactions. My background is mainly focused around manufacturing; however, I have some experiences involving telecommunications, store fronts, and investigative auditing. I am licensed as a CPA, CIA, and CGMA. The last 20 years plus involves running a family business, 10mil or less in sales. I am very analytical in nature, focus on the big picture and directing decisions based upon analytical results. I am aware and understand the day to day activities being performed as I have developed standards and operating procedures to enhance the ability to collect and analyze the data along with streamlining the yearend process. I am always looking for ways to improve job satisfaction and productivity with those I work closely with through collaboration and leadership. I organize company picnics, involve families with games and prizes to build relationships. I have in the past 5 years been a leader with Celebrate Recovery, helping individuals through their hurts, habits and hang-up's. I enjoy fishing and relaxing at the lake.
