In my past VP/GM and key leadership roles, I have- Accelerated sales growth of a major specialty packaging component provider, growing sales from $77MM to $128MM in four years- Led the development, launch, and sales efforts for a major new product platform taking it from last place to the #1 market position and $20 million in annual revenue- Restructured a business to focus sales efforts and expand our market leading position in an increasingly competitive environment- Increased margins by $5 million through Lean manufacturing, business simplification (80/20), and the development of a new manufacturing process that increased output five-fold.
