In my role I lead a team of professionals who assist clients with all there financial needs. Strive to achieve an overall increase in sales of financial products and services and attract new customers. Coach, mentor and develop staff to achieve a high level of performance. Other activities include: •managing, recruiting, and coaching teams of people; •dealing with customer complaints that can't be solved by the front line staff; •implementing the new products, services and processes devised by head office; •representing the bank within the wider community and building relevant contacts; •opening and closing the branch daily and ensuring that the premises are fit for business; •meeting sales targets and managing budgets I volunteer with many organizations in both the community I live in along with the community I work in.
