As a counselor, life coach, and ADHD specialist, I leverage extensive experience to tailor treatment that addresses each client’s mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, and social needs. Specializing in: Depression Anxiety Mental Health ADHD Marital and Family Therapy Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Trauma and Spirituality Unlike many counselors who focus solely on emotions, my expertise in life coaching is an additional benefit for clients. By combining proven counseling techniques with practical life coaching tools, I deliver rapid results and empower clients to effectively self-manage their lives. To holistically address each individual, I facilitate a deep understanding of their issues. Clients seek to comprehend the roots of their depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, or low self-esteem, as well as understand how they can improve their situations. Once clients gain insight into their issues, I help them harness their natural life skills. Every individual possesses an innate problem-solving ability, but often, they are overwhelmed or lack the necessary skills to address their challenges. I have observed that most people benefit from life skills training, whether it involves managing stress and anger or enhancing personal relationships. I guide couples in effective communication, teaching active listening and problem-solving techniques. Additionally, I supplement sessions with literature, readings, and assessment tools to equip clients with practical resources. My work extends to children and adolescents, including those with ADHD, addictions, and behavioral issues at home and school. When family dynamics are involved, I involve the entire family, recognizing the importance of addressing the bigger picture to solve specific problems.
