With over 26 years of experience in the RV resort industry, I started my career at just 12 years old, selling ice cream on a bike. Since then, I’ve climbed the ranks to become a Regional Manager, mastering every role along the way. My career reflects a commitment to continuous learning, including completing Sun’s Executive Management Course to further refine my leadership skills and to develop a world class team. My journey has also included managing merchandising operations for ExxonMobil, where I successfully ran seven convenience stores and big-box locations, honing my ability to drive profitability. This experience has translated into measurable success at the resort level. I am known for my “first in, last out” mentality and my ability to inspire teams to exceed expectations. As a visionary, I thrive on turning ideas into actionable plans, creating exceptional guest experiences through outstanding products and unmatched customer service.
