I am a resourceful, creative, and extremely collaborative HR Technology / HRIS Leader and problem-solver with 20 years of global experience in HR Systems and Technology, including 10 years of Workday HCM functional expertise. After successfully managing the functional implementation of Workday in 2012 (Customer #326!), I maintained a strong focus on leading the HR Systems and Operations strategy, while providing forward leaning new technical solutions across the company, with an emphasis on the experience of our employees, continuous process improvement, and maximizing value for the business. An established leader and partner, with a collaborative and consultative management style – across both direct and cross-functional teams, I aspire to create an environment that fosters empowerment and autonomy of team members in a supportive and empathetic manner.
