I am a Facility Maintenance Planner with roles progressing from the shop floor as a tradesman, to General Services Department Coordinator, Turnaround/Project lead, Turnaround Planner (CMMS-SAP), Maintenance Central Planner (CMMS-SAP) and currently as Senior Coordinator Planning Operations & Maintenance. Contributions to the key performance indicators (KPI’s). Created PM’s which aligned with the “Equipment Run Time Philosophy” to eliminate unnecessary equipment down time and improve maintenance efficiency. I was also a planning team member where schedule compliance was increased from approximately 35 percent to the world class 80 percent plus range and planned versus actual hours are consistently within 1% variance. Actively participated in the successful cultural change of how maintenance is executed in the CMMS environment. The ability to prioritize work, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational skills and computer skills, have created success in establishing strong relationships with team members, and a variety of customers. I possess a results oriented proactive approach to maintenance planning and budgeting. Good working knowledge of SAP and CMMS (computer maintenance management system) for planning and scheduling and maintenance organization. Successfully completed and received certificates for Project Management (PMBoK), Enterprise Asset Planning (EAP), and Maintenance Management Professional (MMP). Achieved the blue seal trades certification and have attended SAP University Specialties: Blue Seal Certificate Journeyman Steamfitter C/W Red Seal Journeyman Plumber C/W Red Seal Journeyman Gasfitter
