Focus is working with businesses owners to help them achieve their goals. Initially, involved in insolvency work. After several successful business "turnarounds" enjoyed steady growth, focussing on- business start ups- planning, business structures and finance- trusts- negotiation on behalf of clients - as well as traditional accountancy work. Restructured my business in 1997 to focus on business planning, acquisitions, trusts, management and finance. Incorporated Sexton Business Builders Limited in 2004 with my daughter-in-law, Doreen Sexton - who operates from Eastbourne, Wellington. Director of a range of companies over the years - accepting appointment and resigning in response to client needs Experienced with trusts and personally hold a number of trusteeships. Hands on experience in building construction, hospitality, retailing ladies fashion as well as management involvement in a number of other industries including software publishing. Have presented papers to various business groups.
