I am an experienced healthcare technology professional specializing in algorithm development, clinical analysis, clinical surveillance, financial analysis, infection control, project management, software development, real-time location systems, and quality improvement initiatives. In my position at Stanford Health Care, I integrate analytics and business intelligence into a quality improvement process for patient safety and effectiveness of care. I am the President and Co-Founder of Shepard Health, a software development and consulting firm focused on healthcare quality improvement. Our software system, FIXXER™, revolutionizes hospital analytics. Shepard Health clients are equipped with cutting edge Clinical Process Management in an easy to use platform, compatible with an existing EHR system. Before co-founding Shepard Health, I worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Stanford Hospital as a Biostatistician, Clinical Analyst, and Data Architect. My extensive experience includes algorithm development, clinical surveillance, financial and clinical analysis; Internet of Things (IoT) systems, and quality improvement.
