Multifaceted sales professional with over twenty years of outside sales and regional sales management experience (11th year in regional sales management) exceeding sales goals in health care, publishing and telecommunications markets. Growth oriented, with excellent breadth and depth of experience, skilled in building territories and regions, managing and developing salespeople, and training peers. In November of 2015, assumed an additional role as Director of Digital Business Development at Ormco. This position serves as liaison between Ormco's Digital team in the field and the internal product and marketing teams at company headquarters. In addition to the above, also currently managing a team of ten sales representatives covering fourteen states, with a cumulative sales plan (includes core, lab and aligners) in excess of $25 Mil. Specialties: Strong focus on customer interaction and feedback with the ability to create customer solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Expertise in win-win negotiation, managing complex sales cycles and digital and social media sales environments.
