PROFESSIONAL STATEMENT: My career includes over 30 years of management experience that has been decorated by success that demonstrates my leadership and business expertise. I have managed multiple facilities ranging from $7M to $30M. I have been specifically recognized as senior manager of the year 3 consecutive years and received numerous management, quality and compliance controls awards. My wide range of responsibilities include: Managing and overseeing the complete operation and maintenance of multiple facilities including our largest facility in the District ensuring safety, quality, and budget conformance. Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance, random testing, vehicle maintenance, accident reporting, driver qualification files, hours of service, driver logs, DVIR records and CSA compliance. Also managing the pickup and delivery of packages with independent service providers, and ensured proper utilization of staffing as well as involved with the hiring process for all employees. In conjunction, managed the dock labor for our largest customer Hallmark Cards. I pride myself on being results oriented hands-on individual with progressive management experience. My management style strongly emphasizes teamwork and the principles of Quality Driven Management.
