I am actively engaged with the repair teams, improve daily operational efficiencies, provide highly detailed and accurate estimates to customers, as well as constantly monitoring and controlling expense variables. Decades in auto body repair leadership has afforded me opportunities to interact with many amazing people in the insurance and repair industries.
