Most recently, I was an Operations Trainer at Together, a leading specialist lender, where I enabled the manufacturing team to improve their processes and quality standards, using Microsoft 365 and problem solving skills. Previously, I was a trainer at Shell Energy UK, a major energy supplier, where I supported the customer service and sales teams to deliver excellent service and achieve their targets. I also have experience in quality assurance at First Utility, where I monitored and evaluated the performance of the customer contact centre.
