Former athlete, veteran, restauranteur and entrepreneur at heart. A proven sales professional & strategic business developer with 11+ years of experience. Steadily surpassing sales objectives in highly competitive markets. Building relationships and creating opportunities are Johns natural talents. Born in raised in Upstate, New York, a work ethic and a competitive spirit was engrained from a father that was one of fifteen & State champion wrestler. John Sr. also a semi pro football team member of one of Americas oldest semi pro teams. An entrepreneur, developer and founder of a family building business. Shoveling snow to working for the family's construction company at an early age developed the desire to learn and earn. Skiing and the sport of Lacrosse scaled to college level athletics and fueled John's desire to follow family tradition. Seeking more challenge and the desire to serve, John enlisted in the U.S Navy. The Navy gave opportunity to travel to thirty plus countries, learn languages and gain amazing training,leadership & a global experience while stationed overseas. Enter Big Mountain skiing and the birth of a lifestyle clothing brand and the growing dream of involvement in food and wine. Sizzling past an expensive dream of co owning two restaurants, John found himself back in service. Contracting life started with the DOD / Department of State building greater understanding of government contracts, procurement vehicles & supply chains. More Big Mountain skiing, learning and traveling while seasonally residing in Switzerland filled the off time between deployments. Injury in Afghanistan in the spring of 2010 sidelined John from contracting life. It was time to put the puzzle of People skills, marketing, and a history of working until the job is done together in one fantastic snowball. The opportunity to perform in the business world arrived. John resides in Virginia and main focus has been Government & Military Sales. Always enjoying interesting and challenging opportunities outside of that scope. John resides in Virginia Beach with his two sons and enjoys being their travel guide while being involved in his community and helping others.
