I am a trusted advisor to Compensation Committees and senior management teams across Canada, known for my reliability, expertise and commitment. As a seasoned consultant with over 10 years of experience, I provide my clients with thoughtful, tailored advice and support on a range of executive compensation, corporate governance and ESG matters. I view my role as a steward for informed decision-making and am driven to address my clients' issues and challenges head-on. Since joining Hugessen in 2013, I have built a diverse practice that supports public, private and crown corporations across a variety of industries, including financial services, mining and real estate. I have extensive experience with topics including innovative incentive program design, financial performance assessment, IPO preparedness and ESG best practices. I am an active thought leader and regularly share my insights as a co-presenter for the Institute of Corporate Directors’ (ICD) Directors Education Program.
