I'm a clever, creative leader with decades of senior-level management, marketing and design experience. As a multi-talented individual with a proven record, I offer abundant entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to achieve outstanding results across many disciplines. After a few years in the creative arts, I founded Cactus, one of Denver's premier ad agencies. Along the way, I was elected President of Denver's Ad Federation, and named one of Denver's "40 Under 40" by the Denver Business Journal. I successfully sold my share of the company in Following that decade of success, I applied my marketing/design knowledge and business experience to real estate. Driven by my love of historic properties, I began a career as a Realtor in urban Denver. Working with investors, buyers and sellers, I earned sales recognition from the Denver Board of Realtors from 2005 to 2009. In 2006, I founded Live Urban Real Estate, where I created the brand, and led the professional team as we grew to over 90 brokers. Along this journey, I designed and renovated five homes in Denver's city center, appeared on DIY Network's "Sweat Equity", and created real estate training courses on marketing, social media and branding. Opportunity knocked in 2021, when I was presented the chance to merge Live Urban with Corcoran Perry & Co, where I now consult with the leadership team. In my free time, I'm an active volunteer, avid traveler and referral real estate broker, always keeping my eyes open for exciting new opportunities for continued learning and personal growth.
