About John Slattery

With-in-depth experience as a production supervisor in a high paced complex manufacturing environment. I advanced into a unique Continuous Improvement role, passionate about Lean Six Sigma and Project Management methodologies. I lead continuous improvement project teams on strategic and performance excellence projects within the entire organisation. My hands-on approach of improving both manufacturing and service processes and procedures resulted in team-work, engagement, loyalty and work dedication. Skills mastered include Lean Six Sigma projects, processes standardization, best practice operations, 5S implementation and standard training. Having progressed through multiple leadership and functional roles my ambition is to take on more responsibility and challenges at every opportunity.
