This requires constant adapting goals and drive changes. Including budget monitoring responsibilities. I led a team of post sales consultants and remote support staff from different cultures and regions. Generating leads and driving sales cycles is also on top of mind.The combination of service delivery management, partner management and people management.All of this asks for finding the balance between the wishes, goals and demands that internal or external stakeholders might have.
