As a Fellow, Aerospace Medical Association and an Academician, International Academy of Aviation and Space Medicine, I am deeply committed to advancing Aviation and Aerospace Medicine while establishing the highest standards of safety and healthcare quality. In the military, I held pivotal roles including Chief Medical Officer across the Asia-Pacific region and in operational medicine for two 12-month combat deployments. These experiences not only sharpened my operational and clinical acumen but also instilled in me a passion for enhancing healthcare delivery in challenging environments. Beyond my medical and military achievements, I am a trusted safety professional and a dual-rated commercial instrument pilot with over accident-free flight hours. This experience reinforces my commitment to safety while providing a unique perspective on operational risk management and precision under pressure. My commitment to safety extends into organizational culture, where I lead and advocate for implementing the High Reliability Organization (HRO) mindset focused on Zero Preventable Harm.
