Reporting to the President, the Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness, Accreditation and Research, provides leadership and guidance in the areas of institutional research, effectiveness, accountability, accreditation, information management, data reporting, and assessment that includes, but is not limited to district, program and unit-level IE measures. I spearhead the collection and use of data to analyze and document the College’s progress related to its overall performance of student success and completion. I provide leadership through serving as the Chair for Strategic Planning, Enrollment Management, Accreditation, and Student Outcome Assessment. My primary strength that I bring to this role is my ability to build relationships, listen deeply to the various College and Community stakeholders to deliver high quality products that enable all departments and units to more effectively accomplish their goals which lead to enabling our students to achieve their goals and advance their economic mobility.
