I currently hold the position of the Executive Director of Value, Access, and Policy at Amgen Canada. With over 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, I have been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives to ensure access to various therapies for patients. I have successfully taken on various roles over the course of my career at Amgen, including the Director of Biosimilars as well as Business Unit Director roles for Bone Health, Nephrology, and Oncology. I earned my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Alberta, laying a solid foundation for my career. As a member of the Amgen Canada Leadership Team, I have consistently showcased my strategic leadership skills and developed a deep understanding of the Amgen Canada business. My track record of success demonstrates my ability to drive results and navigate the complex landscapes of the biopharmaceutical sector. Notably, I have played a pivotal role in establishing Amgen Canada’s biosimilar presence, spearheading successful product launches over the years, while navigating evolving market dynamics and driving growth for the organization. Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am deeply committed to making a positive impact in the community. I am an Executive Advisor at Start2Finish, an organization committed to breaking the cycle of child poverty through ongoing educational support for Canada’s at-risk children, nurturing mind, body, and social health.
