About John Spalvins

People say that sales is in our blood or we are born with it. Well I can truly attest to that as I have done sales and marketing all my life. From a young age during elementary school I loaded a little red wagon with rocks and sold them door to door to neighbors. My prize was an Indian Head Nickel with the Buffalo on the back. Throughout my school years, every endeavor I took on I out performed the competition. For years I sold the most fundraiser goods for Scouting. In High School I raised the most money two years in a row for our Dance Marathon. The list goes on. I am also an achiever and set high goals for myself. I try and stay healthy love the outdoors. I've run two marathons and rafted the Grand Canyon whitewater in my own boat. I've built many homes including my own and also hand-built my own log home plus ran a business building custom log homes. In my professional career I have always been a top sales performer and won numerous annual awards for being that top producer for Continental Homes, Shasta Pools, General Homes and Taylor Morrison Homes. My degree was in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing. I truly love marketing and understanding what makes the customer tick. As a young boy I always dreamed of producing TV commercials and now I am. Below you'll find a video I shot with an out take from an Alan Watt's lecture that best describes following your passion. Sales and marketing is my passion. I am a people person and truly enjoy sales. I am take pride in my customer satisfaction and wear my heart on my sleeve. I live by the slogan of "Do a good turn daily" and teach that lesson to my children. I have given to the community by volunteering as a Scoutmaster for 4 years in Arizona, 4 years active duty as a volunteer firefighter, coaching numerous kids sports and helping wherever I can.
