I have a diverse career journey in business, a strong foundation in leadership, a Doctorate in Business, and background in technology, I bring a unique blend of skills that opens doors to various industries. Academic Background: My doctoral journey delves into Organizational Leadership Strategies, emphasizing a shift in focus to a collective leadership perspective and strategic approaches for organizational success. This academic pursuit has equipped me with insights to foster innovation within organizations. My research on organizational leadership frameworks (Strategies) is and will remain my life’s work with my goal to spread awareness of my findings and to give back to the body of leadership knowledge. Retail Leadership: In previous roles as a General(Store) Manager, I've honed my leadership skills overseeing various aspects of sales, KPI’s, operations, supply chain, human resources, people development, and consumer experience such as CRM and NPS. My experience spans big box retail, encompassing hard lines, soft lines, and service environments. Tech Background: Having completed a Java Bootcamp, receiving the honor of being a certified software developer, I'm eager to develop my skills in the dynamic tech industry. After capstone projects that demonstrated my practical application of Java, PostgreSQL, and Vue.js to name a few, I continue to practice my learning through side projects while also studying the area of security with a goal of expanding my technology certifications.
