Providing Systems Engineering supporting a variety of programs, Principally the Space Network Ground Segment Sustainment (SGSS) Project - this will upgrade the ground stations comprising the Space Network (SN). Focus is supporting the Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Element/sub-system. Most recently (2010) provided Design Engineering support for production of the Electronic Warfare (EW) system which is a part of the Navy’s EA-18G aircraft. After the Northrop Grumman acquisition of Litton, my work was primarily in the area of R&D efforts to create products from an in-house Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology. My initial work was primarily on the FAA’s Enhance Telecommunications Voice Switch (ETVS). This was a joint FAA-DOD contract for Air-Traffic Communications (ATC) Voice Systems. I also provided engineering support for the ETVS and other Denro/Litton ATC systems. As excited today about working on engineering challenges as I was to have been physics teacher for a day back in high school. Specialties: Worked with high-speed Xilinx FPGA & ADC circuits/designs (>2Gsps).
