As a seasoned IT professional (specializing in telecommunications) I've developed a deep and well-rounded skill-set that allow me to; 1) Design it 2) Build it 3) Sell it 4) Implement, and 5) Support it My technical expertise is founded in telecommunications but my knowledge and expertise extends well beyond telecommunications including; Full IT Managed Services, Public & Private Cloud Computing, Co-location services, UCaaS/VoIP/SIP, as well as Hyper-Computing services and integration. Each of these technologies are heavily dependent on a well-designed and reliable network infrastructure as the basis for delivery of an "always on" service. Having a well-rounded technical background is table stakes in today's highly competitive IT environment. While I possess deep technical expertise, it is my equally impressive utilization of my soft-skills that separates me from the crowd. I have a keen ability to listen carefully and to read between the lines. I will then confirm what I heard to provide them with total confidence that I’ve captured everything they said. In my current role, I engage directly with my customers (as an extension of their team) to define and recommend products and strategies that will drive their business, mitigate risk and allow them to transition from older legacy technologies to new leading-edge technologies - and to do it confidently!
