About John Sperry

Currently seeking employmentI have over 25 years of customer service experience, and 4 years of Manager/Keyholder experience. The majority of my experience is in retail or various other customer service industries. Why so much variance you ask. I enjoy helping others reach their goals and dreams! I am currently looking for a company that feels the same way about goals and dreams. My goal is to find a company to work at until retirement.(Which is many years in my future.) I want a company that believes in Family First. A company that actually believes in training its staff, not just claiming they will. I want a company that realizes everyone's actual reason for working is to be able to afford life. To me, Life is having enough to own a house and make it into a home. I also want a company that realizes their staff is an extension of their family, or at least their immediate community! Helping staff in whatever why they need to not only succeed in work, but to ensure they have a way to succeed in both life and their life goals. In recent years, we in management have all learned that the day of "You're lucky to work here" is gone. We all need to transition to "We're lucky to have an outstanding staff". That also means bringing people into the business and turning them into the "outstanding staff" we need to succeed as a business. If our goals align, please contact me and tell me how we can work together to achieve our goals and dreams-John
