I am a time served Flexographic and Gravure printer with experience of wallcoverings, adhesive labels,foil, film and flexible packaging, I served a four year apprenticeship attending Blackburn College gaining my City And Guilds in Machine Printing. I have experience of colour mixing and colour matching using base medium and toners for wallcoverings using hand held drawdown tools ie k bars and rollers also pantone inks by weight. I have run Cobden And Chadwick 6 and 7 colour Flexographic Presses as well as 6 colour Carint Gemini presse and currently run an MPS E410 7 colour press, I have also run a Flexotecnica Press,I have also run Cobden And Chadwick 5 and 6 colour Gravure Presses and 7 colour Cerutti Press. I also have counterbalance FLT license, I have also run Rotaflex rewind machines and Bar Garphics 450 and 550 rewind machines with 100% inspection cameras for Quality Control of Adhesive labels, Laminates and Film. I have also worked in a BRC accredited environment and therefore used to the hygiene rules that apply in such an enviroment
