About John Steckel

As a natural innovative leader, I have gained experience with program/project development and management, technology integration, business/industry partnerships, higher education, STEM, budget management and personal/professional development to name a few. I was one of the main leaders in the design, creation and development of a nationally recognized Innovation Center. I worked as the main project manager in the building of an award winning, state of the art $20 million dollar facility. I have also overseen multiple 1-1 technology initiatives, including the entire redesign of a schools technology backend and safety/security. I have been fortunate to work with Apple at the executive level multiple times. I am passionate about helping others grow and become the next wave of leaders. I have a long history of successful coaching in the athletic realm as well as in the instructional arena. My experience ranges from PK grade through collegiate level. In addition to Curriculum Development, my experiences include being an Executive Director, Director, Principal, High School Athletic Director, Assistant Principal, Instructional Coach and Science Teacher. I have a wide range of experiences that can help an organization see the big picture and successfully implement creative solutions to challenges.
