Experienced in all stages of the loan process both as a leader and as a producer from the application stage, deal analyzing (borrower, project, credit, & collateral), deal structuring, underwriting, and credit approval. I am experienced in performing loan reviews of income producing properties to review historical performance and to forecast future performance expectations. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated abilities in team building as well as coaching and mentoring individuals so that they could achieve both professional and personal growth.
