My name is John Stevenson. I am currently studying CCNA and I have a Comptia Sec + and Network + certifications. I have worked in a variety of positions and contracts since 2019.I just finished a short contract as a Refresh technician for Dell working in health care facilities and moved to New York. This job involved provisioning, imaging and deploying computers at various hospitals.Before this role I had contracts as both a tier 1 tech support and a tier 2 tech support. In these roles i had extensive use of Service Now, Active Directory, VPNs, Decryption, Re imaging, Troubleshooting, and face to face Client support. I have used a variety of tools as well such as KACE, Bomgar, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Anyconnect, Powershell, and VoIP. At this current stage of my career I am seeking longer term employment that is more challenging and has potential for growth. I am adapt in IT with a high aptitude. I recently obtained my associates and am now pursuing a bachelor's in computer science.
