As a Sales Director at GEICO, I am responsible for overseeing the performance of my team and ensuring that we meet our metrics and drive profitable growth for our company. With almost two decades of experience in the insurance industry, I have worked my way up the ladder from an Insurance Sales Agent to my current role as Sales Director.During my tenure at GEICO, I have held various positions, including Sales and Service Manager and Sales and Service Supervisor. In these roles, I gained valuable experience in managing teams and improving their performance. My administrative duties, such as timesheets and leave recording, have also allowed me to develop strong organizational skills.Before joining management I completed the Sales Supervisor Prep Program and worked as a Sales Coach. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in sales techniques and coaching skills, which I have leveraged throughout my career.In my current role, I strive to create a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and encourages my team to perform at their best.
