Below was my working profile. today I am "officially" retired! What a long strange trip it's been! Now to enjoy the time I have remaining to its fullest! A dynamic Sourcing, Materials and Supplier Management professional with over 40 years experience, operating in fast-paced manufacturing environments. I have successfully managed various Supply Chain functions, in addition to facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. Having developed strong relationships with key suppliers utilizing effective sourcing strategies, negotiated cost reductions were achieved while facilitating improved delivery performance and ensuring product quality. By leading JDE MM and SAP Purchasing, FICO and MRP implementations, systems and procedures were established which led to process improvements. The foundation for my experience is Supply Chain management. I have a passion for motivating and directing colleagues to achieve performance objectives, managing a complex global supply chain and improving processes utilizing keen analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
