WHAT: Acting as a leader in the IT organizations that aims to optimize technology to serve the business, its customers and partners and shareholders. MY DIFFERENCE: I am at my best when empowered to deliver on a strategy that will achieve my stakeholder’s objectives. My colleagues have characterized me as a “calm leader who knows what works”. I look to see what and where the benefits will be as I approach each task or endeavor. My passion and experience to succeed promotes trust from my IT and business partners. HOW: I demand accountability and bring an 'ownership mentality’ with a unique blend of talents: • Uncovering true needs vs. wants — stakeholders voice their facts, ideas and opinions. A culmination of these will ultimately determine the task at hand. • Delegating — providing opportunities for resources in decision-making authority with accountability for their results. • ‘Varying viewpoint’— this enables me to view the big and small picture, offer options and recommendations, and highlight potential risks that others may not see. I constantly visualize new ways to improve, generating innovative ideas to deliver tasks/projects. Industries ranging from retail, technology content providers, banking, insurance and pharmaceuticals. I have successfully achieved roles inclusive of change and release management, integration leadership and relationship management.
