About John Tan

Without an enhanced product release cycle, the software you build will not be able to deliver to your customer seamlessly - I'm on a mission to solve that. I'm a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer that focus on the core infrastructure of tech to optimize performance and reliability in order to improve business processes. Having spent a decade on Software Engineering in both Web and Mobile space, I found organizations are facing challenges while adopting methodologies that enable reliable and scalable software, and these are the problems I'm passionate about solving. I've worked in both financial services and marketing tech industries, and also have started a business in digital marketing because I thought I could solve some of its existing challenges even better with tech, marketing, and operations. Still, I wanted to solve the problems that are more cloud/infrastructure and customer-centric, and I find that solving the problems in the infrastructure space is much more scalable when reaching millions, if not billions, of users.
