Provide Procedure, work guidelines, forms, working instruction and others HSES documents related to Marine, Fabrication, Onshore and Offshore To monitor and Advise HSES man power plan, Go No Go checklist for offshore & Marine champaign (HSES consumbale, MP readiness, HSES man power, vessel checklist, Enviromental checklist etc) Advise and Provide the latest HSES rules and regulation related to Marine (ISM, ISPS, MLC, STCW, Offshore code) To support HSES requirements for EPCI project, Maintenance Oil and gas tender during qualification, tehnical bidding. Ensure availability of HSES resources, Man Power allocation for offshore, monitor and supervise with Transportation & Installation dept for strategy and method for offshore & marine readiness. Hazid Facilitator for fabrication, weighing load out module,transportation and installation of jacket, pipeline, topside, subsea spool, hot tap, PLEM, PLET, TIT, SPM and Offshore Hot Tap.
