Twenty (20) years of extensive experience in design, engineering and construction (FEED/Pre-Commissioning Phase) generally on piping works both in Greenfield and Brownfield Onshore and Offshore & Marine projects in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining, Power Plants, Shipyard, Industrial and Commercial Buildings. Including the years of experience in Cost Estimating and Quantity Surveying (MEPF & SMP). Proficiently utilizes the piping design tools such as 3D Intergraph Plant Design System (PDS) modules, Smart 3D and Bentley MicroStation in generating project deliverables like piping, mechanical equipment, electrical cable trays and structural 3D CAD models and piping isometrics as per Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P & ID). Creates and develops General Arrangement Plan, Equipment Plan and Piping Plan Drawings generated from the 3D models or gathered information through site surveys and site inspection from an existing operational plants. Supervise piping fabrication and erection of construction materials on site including but not limited to prepare and check test package, line checking, punch listing, attend coordination meeting and keep all relevant documents and monitoring of status updated. With working experience in using OrthoGen, Laser Frequency Mapping (LFM), Universal Plant Viewer (UPV), Smart Plant Review (SPR), Navisworks Freedom, InterClash and knowledge in PDMS including Microsoft Office. Well-known with piping design philosophy, relevant international codes and standards and piping design engineering practices.
