Senior aviation management professional with more than 20 year's experience in the industry, out of which includes 10+ years in operational and people safety, security, risk, engineering safety, quality assurance and compliance. This also incorporates 8+ years in flight operations management, including 4+ years as a national manager. Subject matter expert on Safety Management Systems and frameworks, investigations of incidents, across both operational and people safety (WHS).Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) approved (Form 4 holder) in the fields of Safety and Quality Management, along with regulatory certification granted by the United Arab Emirates (GCCA) as a Safety Manager. These regulatory certifications are complemented by a post Graduate Degree qualification in Occupational Health and Safety. Proven ability to manage operations in high demand environments, particularly in the areas of operational and people safety, including risk management and emergency response planning. Strong background in the development of risk mitigation strategies with expertise in interagency liaison with regulatory authorities including, CASA, Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) and various Work Health Safety authorities.
