With 9 years of service in the United States Navy under my belt, I have had the opportunity to build my skill set in recruiting, operations, special programs, and information management. I thrive on opportunities to resolve problems, investigate information, and mentor direct reports. My biggest accomplishments have all revolved around providing outstanding customer service, helping others succeed, or teaming toward an end goal for a program to be successful. Much of my career has been in information analysis and reporting where I used technology systems and tools extensively. Detail-critical elements of my job where time and accuracy of reporting were required truly energized me. I am a strong manager of programs and initiatives and I value team building and career advancement for employees.
