As a Cyber Security Analyst at EY, I leverage my expertise in process and methods to improve the firm's cyber defense security posture and performance. I have over 5 years of experience in this role, during which I have focused on training teams on processes and procedures, managing the global document repository for cyber defense, and establishing frameworks to monitor performance and improve the cyber defense program. I am passionate about enhancing the firm's cyber defense capabilities and aligning them with industry standards. I have built on existing standards and frameworks such as NIST and ISO to expand our cyber exercises. I have also been responsible for postmortem programs and management, identifying gaps, conducting lessons learned meetings, and ensuring gap remediation. Additionally, I have contributed to the development and management of tabletop exercise programs, assessing incident response tools and testing them against various threats. My goal is to continuously improve the firm's cyber defense readiness and resilience.
