With over 12 years of professional experience, I am currently leading a team at Clinisys that is at the forefront of enhancing communicable disease surveillance through advanced application engineering. My expertise lies in technical architecture, enterprise architecture, and strategic onboarding, which resonate with Clinisys's mission to innovate in public health technology. My goal is to leverage my skills to contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement while bringing diverse perspectives to the team. Since October 2018, I have been managing a team focused on infrastructure architecture and performance, which includes enhancing interactive databases and implementing new functionality for clients. My role involves architecting solutions to meet evolving client needs, managing Tier 3 support, and ensuring product scalability through database tuning and application scaling. My efforts have been instrumental in onboarding new clients and upgrading existing clients to new versions of our software, all while maintaining high-performance standards in production environments.
