My most recent professional achievements underscore my impact- Authored a comprehensive training manual for a multi-zone dining & entertainment space, encompassing seven Front of House roles. This initiative directly contributed to higher staff retention and increased customer repeat business-Played a pivotal role in the opening of Los Angeles' first immersive sports and arts venue, strategically located between SoFi Stadium and the Intuit Dome. I successfully led a department of over 60 servers, driving monthly F+B revenue exceeding within a sq ft venue, all while delivering a truly unique "one-of-one" experience.
