As a Production Team Leader at Covestro, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the chlorine production facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. I have more than 16 years of experience in the chemical industry, with a strong background in chlor-alkali manufacturing. I hold an ATD Instructional Design Certificate, which enables me to design and deliver effective training programs for my team and other stakeholders.I am passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive work environment, where everyone can grow and succeed in their operations careers. I also strive to foster a culture of continuous improvement, where we constantly seek new ways to optimize our processes, reduce our environmental impact, and increase our customer satisfaction. My goal is to contribute to Covestro's vision of making the world a brighter place with innovative and sustainable solutions.
