About John Townsend

Business Development and Sales Leader with a strong entrepreneurial drive that produced superior sales results. I’m a creative, innovative thinker who likes solving problems for people. I’m in the relationship building business, and clients and prospects view me as a trusted advisor. When a client succeeds, I succeed. That is what is so rewarding about my job. I’m a data and business analysis guy who loves doing market research. This allows me to see opportunities and solutions others miss. Because of my consulting background, I analyze how an organization operates. I evaluate all the departments that impact the final sales results, such as distribution, inventory, accounting, etc. My approach to sales and business development differs from most because I talk with people at all levels to get an accurate picture of what works, what doesn’t, and what may be blocking sales. This overarching approach enables me to better understand their problems and develop solutions to meet their sales and business goals. I put my team members first. I’m there to coach, mentor, and develop each one. I am a hands-on manager who provides the resources and support so that each person can excel in his or her job.
