About John Travis Martin

I believe in Kaizen, the Japanese business philosophy that relates to the process of continuous improvement. Adopting this process has helped me live out more & more of my authentic self. Having a positive and growth mindset helps me live out the philosophy of Kaizen. I've been fortunate enough to spend time in a few industries; Construction, Marketing, Telecommunications and currently the Business Finance/Fintech space. This journey has helped me cultivate a broad range of skills. The skills I value most are relationship building, driving communication, project management, sales, financial analysis, social media marketing, customer service, critical thinking and problem solving. I'm currently interested in building my experience in the finance industry, with a keen interest in the UK market. Which I am learning about on a daily basis. Soon I will continue my studies, particular with courses that relate to the finance sector. In the hope of advancing in my career.
