Extensive experience in Senior Executive roles, with a commercial focus on business transformation and growth, I have over 20 years experience in multi-national publicly listed corporations, predominantly in Australia, USA and China. I have an outstanding track record of business turnaround and transformation within Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial operations. More recently I have • Employed within Executive leadership teams to educate and facilitate change processes utilising local facilities and leveraging offshore external products and services to enhance the customer offerings as well as increase commercial viability and sustainability. • Employed to drive a strategy to satisfy the unaddressed market needs by broadening the product offer rather than relying on traditional practices and mindsets based outdated manufacturing capability • Led the integration of supply chains with China to allow penetration into different market segments, profit enhancement and managing cost efficiencies • Initiated the optimisation of freight logistics to enhance customer service and seek efficiencies in transport costs • Implemented strategies to meet compliance needs of government agencies in tender processes to increase exposure and win competitive contracts • Initiated the transformation from manufacturing to distribution to ensure lean efficiencies and operation • Optimised cost efficiencies and service provision of engineering services by localising them within China and capitalising on local skill set and efficiencies.
