Public service leader with over ten years of experience delivering impactful fiscal planning and public policy results. I have effectively led a team of senior analysts in supporting the decision making of Ontario’s Treasury Board, providing timely and well reasoned advice to Ministers and senior leaders. I have also led my team through multiple fiscal planning cycles, ensuring maximum value for money in the programs we oversee. As a leader I have worked hard to build a team that delivers high quality work by providing clear guidance and supporting staff through coaching and teaching. I am a strong communicator that is comfortable briefing Ministers and other senior leaders and I can clearly explaining complex ideas in a way that supports decision making. My strong leadership abilities and analytical skills, combined with strategic thinking, have allowed me to effectively lead a team in delivering on our mandate.
