About John Tulenko

My Factory experience in the Food and Beverage industry spanned over six divisions and nine factories. I have held Factory Management Leadership positions in Quality, Sanitation, Production, Safety, and Environmental Management. The factory experience includes two complete factory startups and one closing. The factories produced Ice Cream, Pasteurized Milk, Orange Juice, Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Processed Cheese, Natural Cut Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Romano Cheese, Whey Powder, Cream, Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream, Yogurt, NFDM Powder, Butter, and Pizza. In my current Corporate Quality position, I am responsible for Quality Support for over 25 factories across four divisions. The factories produce the following products: Stouffers, Butoni pasta, Tollhouse, Carnation, Gerber, Nestea, Coffee, Ice Cream, Frozen Pizza, Culinary products and Ingredients, Nesquik, and Boost. For the Nestle Foods, Ice Cream, Beverage, and Professional Divisions, I am the CIP and IPM Champion for Nestle United States and Canada. During my career, I have successfully Managed Departments consisting of 15 to 120 people. I have trained Factory Management and team members in Managing People, Meeting Facilitation and Leadership, Conflict Management, Statistical Based Management, CIP, Hygienic Design, IPM, HACCP, Micro, Sanitation, COP, Zoning, Pathogen Swabbing, Food Safety, Chemical Safety, LOTO, and Corrective Action Root Cause Investigation.
